Activities that fall within one of these 5 categories are important to me and worth the time expenditure I give them. Any activity that falls outside of these five pillars is a dirty thief and deserves a swift and harsh punishment. I'm talking medieval punishment.
By having this list, I can quickly stop myself from doom-scrolling Reddit because that does not bring me joy or fulfill my purpose in life. Without this comparison, I would find myself letting noise run my life and ending the day feeling hollow and numb.
Identify your Life of 5 right now. write it down on a post-it and carry it around with you. Get in the habit of constantly challenging how you spend your time and see if you are living your best life or if you are a slave to the emo-bunny.
